TRACK ORDER

Go to the “Track my order by ID” column provided at the bottom of our page and enter your order ID to track your order.

You can go to the “Track order” or “Track your order by ID” columns provided at the bottom of the page to track the order delivery and status.

You can track your order details by going to the My Account section on the top right corner of the home page.

Do not worry about it, our delivery agent will try to deliver it again on the next working day. You can also call the delivery agent to get the latest update of the order and its delivery.

Go to the My Account section of our home page and then go to the “addresses” section in it. From there you can change the address.

There are no delivery charges. We offer Free Shipping across India on all products.

It is possible that there is some holiday between the day you placed your order and the delivery date of your order. In the case of a holiday we add a day to the estimated day. Many of our courier partners and sellers do not work on Sundays and this is included in the delivery dates.

• Towns and villages: 3 to 7 days

As soon as you apply for a return , you’ll receive a call regarding the cancel and return policy explaining everything about the procedure. 

As of now, Shopy Vision does not deliver internationally. We render our services in India only.
