Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy – Shopy Vision

At Shopy Vision, we strive to offer a smooth and reliable shopping experience while maintaining fairness for both our customers and our operations. Please read our Cash on Delivery (COD) policy carefully before placing your order.

COD Eligibility:

COD is available on select products only as per courier serviceability..
Maximum COD order value is subject to courier service limits.
COD service is available for select pin codes based on courier serviceability.
A 10% advance payment of the total order value is mandatory to confirm COD orders.
The remaining 90% of the order amount is payable at the time of delivery

COD Restrictions:

COD may not be available on certain high-value or special-category products.
If a COD order includes ineligible items, the order may be cancelled automatically.

Why 10% Advance Payment is Required:

The advance payment is taken to confirm genuine orders.
This helps prevent losses caused by order refusal or last-minute cancellations at the time of delivery.
The 10% amount is adjusted in the total order value and is not an extra charge.

Order Confirmation & Fraud Prevention:

All COD orders are subject to manual verification.
Our team will attempt to contact the customer up to 3 times for order confirmation.
If there is no response after 3 attempts, the order will be cancelled and marked as unconfirmed.
Repeated non-acceptance of COD orders may lead to permanent COD restrictions on future purchases.
