WOW DEAL @ ₹1 – Terms & Conditions

Effective for all WOW Deal promotions conducted on Saturdays at 2:00 PM (IST)

Offer Availability
- The WOW Deal @ ₹1 is exclusively available through the Shopy Vision mobile application available on Android (Play Store) and iOS (App Store).
- Orders placed through the website or any other platform will not be eligible for this offer.
Sale Timing
- The WOW Deal goes live every Saturday at 2:00 PM (IST).
- Due to high traffic and heavy user activity on the app, there may occasionally be a slight delay in the deal becoming visible or active.
- Users are requested not to panic if the deal is not immediately visible. The offer will be activated as soon as possible.
Limited Quantity
- Only one (1) customer can successfully avail the WOW Deal during each sale event.
- The deal is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
One-Time Eligibility
- Each user is eligible to avail the WOW Deal only once.
- If a user who has previously availed a WOW Deal places another WOW Deal order, the order will be automatically cancelled.
- Any payment made for such cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment method as per standard refund timelines.
Free Shipping
- Shipping charges for the WOW Deal product will be completely free of cost.
Order Verification Requirement
- To maintain transparency and build trust among our customers, users whose WOW Deal orders are successfully placed may be contacted by the Shopy Vision team.
- The customer must provide a selfie video confirming that the WOW Deal order was successfully placed.
- This video may be used by Shopy Vision for promotional, marketing, social media, website, and customer awareness purposes.
Video Submission Timeline
- The required selfie video must be submitted within 2 working days from the date of request via the designated email address provided by Shopy Vision.
- Failure to submit the video within the specified timeline may result in cancellation of the order.
Shipping & Delivery
- The WOW Deal product will be shipped only after the required selfie video has been received and verified by the Shopy Vision team.
- Delivery is expected within 3–5 working days after successful receipt and verification of the video submission.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, logistics availability, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Fraud Prevention
- Shopy Vision reserves the right to reject, cancel, or disqualify any order found to be fraudulent, duplicated, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Multiple accounts created to bypass the one-time eligibility rule are strictly prohibited.
Modification of Offer
- Shopy Vision reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the WOW Deal promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances require.
Final Decision
- In case of any dispute regarding eligibility, order validity, verification, or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, the decision of Shopy Vision shall be final and binding.
